has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 1, strike the semicolon and the remainder of the line, strike lines 2 through 6 and strike line 7 up to the period.

 

    2. On page 10, line 1, after the bracket, insert "up to" and strike "in a facility".

    3. On page 10, lines 2 and 3, strike "No more than" and insert in lieu thereof "Up to".

    4. On page 10, lines 3 and 4, strike "no less than" and insert in lieu thereof "up to".
